What set the hook? On my conquest to suppress my fears and to realize my dreams of swimming with sharks in open ocean, I took the leap into recreational Scuba Diving in November of 2012.
 
Diving through the kelp forests, I became infatuated with all the wonders beneath those waves. I made it my goal to find many dive buddies and to volunteer in the different non-profit organizations. Within my first year of diving, I joined the California Science Center Dive Team. In addition, other than being Staff for Signature Scuba Diving, I also serve as a volunteer diver for Reef Check, participate as Chamber Crew Member for the Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber, and an American Academy of Underwater Sciences (AAUS) certified scientific diver for SDSU / USC.
 
Certifications: SDI Scubility Dive Buddy,  AAUS Research Diver, and Reef Check NAUI Eco Diver.
 
Goals: I strive to be a more knowledgeable diver, dive buddy and to preserve our oceans for generations to come. With this, I am in pursuit of learning more about the ocean, scuba diving and the industry.
